I went through 5 rounds of interviews each with 2+ people. The interviewers were kind and asked thoughtful questions. Several weeks passed after my last interview and I heard nothing. I emailed the recruited (who reached out to me on LinkedIn and asked me to apply for the job) for an update. She said they were not moving forward with me. I asked for any feedback and she said, "They thought you were nice." That's not really what I was looking for.
