I applied online and received an email about open interviews every Monday. I went in to a group interview of about 10 people broken up into 5s. Two manager's interviewed us and asked us questions about why we were interested in employment, get-to-know-you types of questions and past experiences with work and school. After two days, I called back and was told I was considered for employment and to come back for a second one on one interview. I was told to come back about three days later interview/eat with the crew and was told at the end that everyone liked me and I was hired.
