It was a group interview, and I was caught off guard by this format. Each person took turns answering questions, which limited our individual speaking time. Some of the questions asked included: "Have you ever worked with a team?" and "How did you handle conflicts?"

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
