There are 2 sit down interviews. 1 is with a senior assistant manager and the second with the general hiring manager. The first is typically talking about yourself and what you are looking for (summer job, part/full time, what position, etc.) The second is more talking about the company's values, how you contribute to the team and company, etc.

Initial interview with internal recruiter lasted about an hour. Then participated in a day in the life that was very hands on (worked in prep and participated, worked the register, chopped salads and interacted/engaged with staff and customers) and lasted three to four hours. Lastly had an hour interview with VP of HR.
