Applied online. Received an email a day later setting up a phone interview with the Recruiting Manager. She was great, and explained a little more about the role then brought me in for an interview at the LA office. Met with 2 people from the design team, and 1 Associate Director. Overall interview was casual, but had some formal interview questions thrown in. Took a short test after the interview on design.
