This was one of the most organized interview process I have experienced. The entire process took 3+ weeks. I applied in late October and received an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was a standard phone screening. The recruiter was very friendly and asked standard interview questions abut your resume. The recruiter also elaborated the role a bit more, which was helpful. Next was a scheduled interview in the office. The recruiter sent a very detailed/organized/helpful schedule of my interview. I met with 2 Directors at ChowNow. The interview took around 2 hours. The Directors explained the company culture and the asked great reflective interview questions. After my 2nd interview, I was assigned a writing assignment

I had two phone calls. One with a recruiting manager and the other was with the Director of Discover. I then had to complete a case study. After that, I got brought in for an in-person interview with the people from the Discover and Marketing teams.
