The assignment gives you insight into the work you will be doing in your role, and provides you a direct line to the hiring manager to ask questions as you work through the exercise.
We provide interview questions to interviewers to ensure they are well-prepared to get to know you and your strengths as a candidate. Having prepared questions also allows us to keep our process organized and avoid overlapping questions by different interviewers to ensure a smooth and positive experience for the candidate and the team.
We do paired interviews to allow candidates the opportunity to meet people from across the organization vs just a few from the direct team they would potentially work with. We believe it’s important for you to get a transparent look into our culture and how we collaborate cross-functionally. I understand this can be intimidating, but rest assured our team truly wants to get to know the candidate, and learn about how they would impact the organization.
