It was a very pleasant experience. the managers who I interviewed with were very fort right and answered all the question that I had. they all seemed to enjoy working with the company and shared that it was a employee friendly atmosphere. I observed that employees seemed genuinely contented.( from what I could see) I liked that most employees seem to have had a long tenure.. evidence of stability

meet with three different supervisors. They will ask you questions about you work history and your knowledge of coverage. they will ask you about your ability to work independently and manage a case load.

Really easy, good questions and the process was fast. They asked me about my previous years and also about what do I want for the future. They were good and also they response to all my questions
