I underwent 2 rounds of interviews with a total of 6 people. A bit indimidating, but I started off as a temp. They are looking for people who are organized, have good attention to detail, have good communication skills.

Process lasted about a month. Interview was ve eh pleasant and lasted about an hour. Standard background check and drug test was performed. There was a slight hiccup with a person leaving in the middle of the process.
