The process was very smooth with 3 rounds of interviews.
First round: Basic questions related to Java and last company project understanding
Second round: DataStructure and Algorithm related question.
Third round: Over all product understanding

Data Structure question on Map, LinkedList followed by programming questions.
It’s a scam every Tuesday they will make you an interview. It went 4 rounds for me and it was awful experience. Interviewers didn’t knew answers themselves and were very arrogant. It’s a big scam as all people who gave interview here had the same experience. Please avoid applying for this company.

Ciena Interviews are a scam. They take multiple rounds of interview and tell every round is knockout and after managerial tell that this role is not suitable for you. The worst part is they take atleast 2 to 3 weeks of your personal peace and derail your worklife also as all the interviews are scheduled in weekdays only . The scam interviews are done because there is a target they need to complete and in the end they eventually knock you out and select their referred candidates for the job.
