They use the Meticulous hiring method. Situational questions are asked. I had a phone screen and then was called in for a panel review. After that I was called in to interview with the supervisor. I think the supervisor had already made up his mind to hire me. The interview process was not difficult.

Entretien
Excellent dialogue with the hiring manager and HR Director (2 separate interviews, back to back). The meetings were informative and interactive; it was a great opportunity to learn about the business and for the Company figure out if I would be a good fit for their organization. The meeting was a success.
