Entretien
Had basic phone interview with Human Resources manager. Was scheduled for an in person interview. Was not given address or the name of the person I was interviewing with. Had to look up address.
Had three more in person interviews. None of the managers were prompt. Each one made me wait at least twenty minutes in the dark and drafty lobby.

All of the questions are pre selected on a form that the interviewer has. Each one is situational and doesn't give much opportunity to highlight your skills and personality.

The interview process is long, and can take up to a month. You end up having to do 4-5 interviews. They use the STAR method for interviewing. Overall not bad, but if you are expected to get hired quickly that will not be the case.

Entretien
Very disconnected. There were no pleasant interdictions. They started asking "Tell me about a time" questions. Most of which seemed illogical in a work setting. The first interviewer was picking his nose and grunting. Second one was typing while conducting the interview. Very distracting and felt like you were sitting next to a court reporter.

Entretien
Phone Screen with HR followed by an In Person Interview on site with two panels of management. You then do a shadow session with a current employee to see a little of what the job entails Day to Day.
