Applied through school job board and received on campus interview. Basic interview questions--they wrote down everything I said. Heard back around a week later saying I had been pushed through to round robin interviews. Six interviews with two interviewers in each and we also had a plant tour and were provided lunch.

Strengths and Weaknesses, a lot of tell me about a time questions
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.

They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
