Entretien
There was a phone screen, then an onsite interview and then a full day field ride. I took time off of work for both the onsite and the full day field ride. I hardly spoke with the person who interviewed me to begin with during the full day field ride as this person was doing presentations and in their office meeting with reps during my time there. The field ride was very fun and made me want this position even more. I had great conversations with the associate I was shadowing and they were very helpful. I even took the time to try and sell for the company while I was out there. Overall I am very disappointed on how they handle this and by sending a generic email telling me I was not found successful is unprofessional.

Name a negative customer experience you have had and what you did to overcome?
Long process, but very thorough. Got to meet many people inside of the company. They were very transparent in all my questions, and got me excited about the opportunities ahead.

Entretien
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.
