The interview started with a phone interview then proceeded to a ride along with a current rep. This process was a nightmare as there appeared to be no communication between the sales manager and the sales rep. I had to repeat the ride along (the sales manager said I didn't get to see enough presentations) which ended up costing me two days of pay. After those events, I had to drive over 100 miles each way to interview with the Director of Sales. All of this time, mileage and money is at your expense, so plan for that. Finally, I had a lunch interview with the sales manager where he presented the non-negotiable offer.
