I applied online and was referred by someone that works there. I received a rejection email but then I was called by the HR Manager and scheduled an in person interview about a week later. I believe I was only interviewed because of my reference. On interview day I interviewed with four different managers. HR manager, Office manager, another manager, and GM. They all asked six similar behavioral questions. The GM though, explained the position and gave more in depth information about the company which i really appreciated. The total interview process took 2 hours. I interviewed on a Tuesday and was told they would be interviewing through the end of the week. I received an email Friday to enter 3 references that would be emailed and had to fill out a survey about their experience working with me, 2 of these references were required to be past managers. After this was complete I was called on the following Wednesday and asked to come in to meet with the office manager. When i came in I was offered the position and signed the offer letter. I then received an email for background verification through HireRight and to schedule my drug test. I had 3 days to complete the drug screening. Background check and drug screening took 4 business days. After everything was cleared i received an email with my start date and pre hire tasks. So in total the hiring process took about 2 weeks, 1 month if you count from when i applied. I applied on 11/06, my first interview was on 11/13, and my start date was 12/03

I had a phone screening and an email screening with two separate branches. HR amongst branches seems to have issues with their communication. If you interview with one branch you’re not able to interview with another branch. My question to you then is WHY post the same job position on the SAME Day on a job posting website for two separate locations? I’m still waiting on my promised follow up call from the first interview going into stage two. This company does not seem very professional.
