5 managers interview you separately and it takes about 3 hours of them repeating the same question as the last. It was very tedious and some managers that interviewed me didn’t even work in the same department

Pathetic to say the least. The HR representative dropped me an email to check if I was available for the phone interview. I set up a time with her and was waiting for her call but I didn't receive any call from her at the scheduled time. I tried contacting her but I got no response. I recieved an email later stating that she was busy with some work and couldn't call me on the scheduled time. So I set up time for another interview with her on the following day. This time I did recieve a call but it was some other HR on the line who seemed to be least interested in the interview. I was the one who was driving the conversation rather than her talking about the position. It was clear that she didn't have a clue about what was going on. 2 Weeks pass by and I didn't recieve a response yet again. I again drop her an email (the 1st HR) and I get a regret letter almost immediately.

I applied online and a week later a recruiter reached out to set up a phone screen interview. The phone screen was mostly background information of Cintas and the position offered. Not many questions about my experience. Eight days after the phone screen I was contacted to set up an on-site interview. The onsite consisted of two one hour 2-person panel interviews. Pretty standard situational style interview questions. About 2-3 days later I was asked to submit 3 references. 10 days later (some of my references were slow to fill out the review) I was extended an offer. A very positive interaction. I only declined due to receiving a more senior offer at another company.
