There are a number of interviews with different managers and partners. There is a screening interview, 1st In-Depth interview, 2nd In-Depth Interview, Ride Along, and a Final Interview. In each case the questions are scenario based, "Tell me about a time ..." You should always use the SAR model when answering questions (explain Situation, describe the Action you took, and what was the Result). Be prepared to discuss the Cintas culture by reading about online. Show that you align with that culture. Also, have questions for every interviewer about the position, challenges in the position, and ask them about their history with Cintas. Asking the interviewer to tell you about his/her experience will allow you to connect with them. Also, the company uses the AMP program to recruit diversity candidates.

The interview process was lengthy and involved multiple steps, but there was little communication between each stage. Long gaps of silence made it unclear where I stood in the process or what to expect next, leading to uncertainty and frustration.
