5 interviews and no guarantee for a job. A big waste of time since they will lie about the wages. they will ask you a bunch of questions about why you want to work here and they make it seem like they pay more than average, but it's actually far below based on the strenuous labor and unsafe work environment.

Very thorough the interview process. The object of Cintas is to really screen potential employees and be able to make great judgments about the content and character of a person. Liked the overall energy and environment.

Phone interview with HR first. Then video interview. Still in process so not done yet but Glassdoor is making me do this so I can do research and read others posts

Process from referral to interview was quick. Interviewer was nice and professional. Asked general interview questions, why are you leaving your current job, what do you like most and least about your current job, etc.
