Interview was laid back and professional. Cintas used to go on referrals, but now you have to apply through their website - boo! I went through a referral so it was easy. Not sure what it's like for those submitting resumes that have to go through computer systems and hr before getting to a manager.

A couple phone interviews, a couple in person interviews and then a ride along with a field rep. All an enjoyable experience. You get a real good feel if the job is right for you.

Extended process, mostly due to time of year. Very thorough to ensure you’re the right person for the job as well as a ride along to make sure the job is something you’re interested in as well.
