The interview process initially felt smooth and well-structured. However, it became disappointing when the hiring manager mentioned there would be multiple rounds and expressed interest in moving forward to the next round, but there was no follow-up communication. Despite sending follow-ups, I did not receive any response, which felt unprofessional and left a negative impression of the overall experience.

Call with recruiter for screening then video call with hiring manager. Questions were behavior based. They also wanted to know more about leadership projects. Final round was with the hiring manager's manager who was mainly open to questions.
