It was the typical process - a recruiter call, followed by a screen with an individual who was not the hiring manager. I found that a bit odd. There were to be about 3 more rounds of conversations thereafter for those who advanced. I did not. The recruiter indicated they work about 50+ hours a week.

Applied via LinkedIn posting. Received a call a few days later from their internal recruiter who screened for interest and general background experience. Was very friendly and gave a full roadmap of the interview process.
