Great interview process, phone screen, then 1:1 where they rearranged schedules so I got to meet VP as well as directors and managers. Also they let me interview a rep as I asked to talk to someone in not management. Great process. Longest part was background check as not inhouse

J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cisco en avr. 2007
Entretien
From my university, I was interviewed by three panels of 2-people each. Previous sales experience was nil and I was interviewing for a sales position, so typical sales-job questions were limited. I was asked on my perspectives of the sales process, given situations to analyse and made to do one or two mock sales pitches. Then, I was flowin to the location I wanted to be based out of, for more rounds of interview - 3 more rounds. I was interviewed from the top to the immediate manager - again, typical questions on my previous work and sales perspectives. The HR was super quick in rolling out the offer as I was on a deadline from another company.
