This was a contract position so I was initially contacted by a recruiter for a typical basic first interview to discuss my resume. The recruiter reached out to me for a position I applied for online. He called me the same day I submitted it.
The hiring manager was very busy so it was still another couple weeks before the next interview was setup. I attended a one-time in person interview with one person I was to work alongside and the other interview was with the hiring manager. Each interview was roughly 30 minutes long.
The first of the 2 interviews included questions mainly revolving around my resume and then he/she asked why I would be a good fit. It was a list of about 10 questions or so. Then he/she gave me the opportunity to ask my own questions. Once complete she sent in the hiring manager.
The questions from the hiring manager were similar... I asked my questions. Then we chatted the rest of the time. It seemed like they were looking for a good personality to match the team.

Panel interview with team, round robin interview style questions. It was fairly in depth. Met with the director of the division and discussed more in depth parts of the team/division. Then HR

I applied via Linkedin and received an email from Hr after 2 days. 3 rounds of interviews with different managers, had an excel test in the and (I should add that this was my fifth application to Cisco in the last 12 months)

Entretien
They had shortlisted me and collected documents for offer. Later while following up for offer they are telling position is in hold u can apply for other roles in the portal.
Such a nonsense from a big company like Cisco.
