There were 2 rounds of technical Interview. First round was taken by one person second round was taken by 3 person. First round was bit easy asking questions about Problem Management process , Incident and change management and ITIL process. Direct questions was bit less and more of scenario based and application based questions.

Applied internally then got approval to move forward. Once you get approval from recruiter then they forward to hiring managers to review again. Then they set up WebEx meeting to go over your resume
