No lack of clarity. They would push you to take interviews at odd times and remain silent for weeks and all of a sudden would wake up and then schedule another call.

Met one on one with 4 people for about an hour each. Schedule was worked out in advance, so I knew who I'd talk with. Interviewers had clearly read my resume. Asked questions about my actual experience. Answered all of my questions honestly.
