J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Citadel (New York, NY) en avr. 2011
Entretien
Had two 1:1 interviews; the first with HR and generally a behavioral interview. Second interview was with someone who was obviously unprepared and did not know that he was going to be interviewing a candidate that afternoon. Interviewer was reading my resume over blatantly and it was evident that this was the first time he had ever seen it. Generally get the sense people dont talk to each other.

Question 1
what are the chances of getting a three of a kind (texas holdem)?
Quick overview of company, behavioral, questions about current role. Nothing surprising or tricky, just be prepared to talk about what you want to do for the next stage of your career.
2/5. The interviewer was not paying enough attention on the candidates. He was looking at this monitor all the time, and ignore what I said. Pretty standard trader question. i.e. bid-ask spread
