Applied online, then phone interview and then interview with 2 SVPs. There was also another call with HR to arrange the interview with SVP. Process is straightforward but lengthy. Interviewers emphasised workload and overtime requirements numerous times.

The interview process was smooth and professional. There were three panel members in the interview. They asked questions related to accounting concepts, journal entries, Excel functions, and my previous experience. The interviewers were polite and gave me an opportunity to explain my answers. Overall, it was a positive experience and helped me understand the role and company expectations.
