1 - First interview was 2hrs long and interviewer asked about my prior experience and other typical boring HR questions, (also They asked about expected salary).
2 - Second interview was 2hrs and 15min long and about IQ and Puzzle-like questions.
3 - third interview was 1hr interviewer asked questions about some topics like: Algorithms, Data Structure, Programming, UXUI, Frontend, Backend, Mobile, SQL, System Design and Security.
4 - Then they requested list of projects with code snippets and screenshots from my previous jobs.
5 - Then they send me coding homework.
6 - Final interview was coding interview with Hiring manager and Senior Developer and it took 1hr and 30min, they asked me to share screen and write code.
Interviews duration combined: 8hrs.
Finally, I asked for 2,500$/month (I live outside US and the job was remote, so here this will be good salary) but they offered me 800$/month (which almost minimum wage here) with no benefits, plus, I have to pay for transfer fee of my salary from US to my local bank.
They tried to sell me the positions and convince me that they will offer my visa to enter US after I work with them for 3-5years. Moreover, they tried to convince me that there are better candidates than me which will accept 300$ per month for the same position.
