Easy. Simple want someone who is outgoing and willing to work. Don't try and lie about recruiting experience, they are open to someone who has none. They want people who are about the money. The main thing they value is money. So make a point to say they you want to exceed the average commission and go beyond.

I first had an initial phone screen then was asked to come into the office for a second interview. From there I followed up with my interest level and accepted an offer.

Interview process was great. Very friendly staff. However, they did not ask me about my work experience, they were more concerned with my personal qualities. I was offered a position, accepted it, and less than a month before my start date they rescinded my offer. I am worried for this company
