This organization is requiring candidates to find new donors for them, unpaid, under the guise of a "writing test," upon receiving a second interview. The third interview was with a Director. No notification of status after that.

Entretien
Screening interview, then focus interview and then a top grading interview. Screening asks basic questions, like why are you interested in the role. The focus interview involves many people as they talk about specific skills. You'll have to be ready to demonstrate how your experiences have reflected those skills. The last part is top grading. You can be given different example work scenarios and have to answer how you would react.

They will ask about everything on your resume - and even ask about your educational experience in high school. Be prepared to talk in depth about everything, even if they don't go into it.
