Straight forward. We communicated by email, set up a phone interview, and talked for about 30 minutes. This resulted in a face to face interview with some Professional engineers to further vet my competency in Bridge construction. The organization is small and is a tight nit group. They focus mainly in roadway construction with a few projects that extend above two floors.
