Once you applied, and your resume is reasonable for them, they will call you and ask for an interview. Interview will be held with general question about your education, qualification, experience, and very good on technical quesition. Whatever the technology you are going to work, they ask you technical question on that perticular technology. In interview there will be one experience technical person and one manager. If they like you then they will call you in person at sudbury. If you get call to go to sudbury (You are 70% done). At sudbury you will have discussion with Project manager and may be with director of technology, It will be general discussion and may be discussion about your past project. and they will check face to face behaviour. And then thay make final decision
