Very fast paced interview process- fastest I have experienced.
I had a recruiter email me the same day I applied asking to set up an interview time. I had the first interview with the recruiter, then was set up to interview with 4 hiring managers which was split into two interviews, then was made an offer a couple days later. The whole process took less than 2 weeks!
Everyone was super nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable & passionate about the brand

With someone that has more experience than the position was asking for, I was denied a second interview. I wasn’t given a reason why. The recruiter asked me what position I wanted and I told her the merchandise allocator or anything in the merchandising department, but I think she misunderstood me or something. I applied to several positions that I know I was qualified for and wasn’t given a single interview until I applied for a position 4 times and had to message the recruiter. They keep posting all these positions and don’t seem to want to give anyone a chance. I could be wrong but this is the worst experience I’ve had.
