Entretien par visio-conférence d’une heure avec la manager en Marketing technique. Tout s’est très bien passé, l’offre correspondait exactement à ce que je recherche et le recruteur était très attentif à mon parcours.

After the initial phone call screening, I was asked to submit the type of work I do. Even after repeatedly asking about the status of the profile, the HR team does not even have the courtesy to inform of it as on hold or rejected!
The HR team needs training and restructuring, big time.

It was about the expected salary. And after I quoted it, the HR laughed and asked that I am asking just because it is Clariant! Without even giving a chance to explain.

Entretien
I was invited for an interview with the Marketing manager at the Clariant office in Airoli. On arriving there I came to find out they already had someone in mind and didn't interview me with the manager. The HR took my interview instead and it was done just as a formality.
