Telephone interview, typical "tell me about a time" star method which I am so horrible at and feels so impersonal. Very cold feeling and there was no doubt I didn't have the job.

The interview process was smooth, timely, and invested. Phone interview was first, then an in-person interview. Questions were thoughtful and not rote. There were a few standard script questions but most you could tell were adapted/updated dependent upon answers given.
