J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez ClassPass en août 2021

      Entretien

There were a total of four interviews: a phone screening with the recruiter, followed by three 30-minute Zoom interviews with various heads of departments. The amount of interviews seemed excessive and they wanted the Zoom interviews to go back-to-back, which my work schedule didn’t allow for. However, the recruiter was able to space them out over two days for me. The first interview and third interviews went very well, but the second interview was with the head of HR and was a frustrating experience. She was dressed in loungewear with her hair a mess. While I don’t pass judgment on remote work attire, an interview for such an important position seems to warrant some effort from both sides. She also did not seem interested in me at all. She barely looked at me and spent most of the interview on her computer working. If you’re going to require a 30-minute video interview then you should at least be cognizant of what you’re doing. She was also the only interviewer that rattled off a list of standard questions. The two other interviewers seemed interested in getting to know me, which helped me explain my skill set. This interviewer didn’t want to get to know me and cut off the conversation before the half hour had ended, whereas the two other interviewers took the time to specify that I was free to reach out anytime to connect. I’m giving this a neutral review because I appreciated the first and last interviewers, especially the first one. I also appreciate the rapidity of being told I didn’t get the job. However, it’s difficult for a working job seeker to schedule so many video interviews and is off putting that the highest ranking person of a segment doesn’t seem interested in their own staffing.
