Entretien
First round with a developer -
1. Developer was very arrogant
2. 80 % time he was speaking during the interview instead of listening my answers, trying to show his knowledge.
3. Irrelevant questions were asked(I want to check your creativity skills, what new and creative features can you add to our product, tell me any 5)
4. He was thinking himself as the best developer in the world.
5. I tried my best to finish the interview and get rejected asap because there was no point in getting selected in this company.
But unfortunately I was selected for the next round with the project manager, the recruiter was talking in nice way that's why I attended this round (not to get selected)
1. The manager looked like a complete copy of the developer(or vice versa, might be because of my round 1 interview experience).
2. He made up answers in his mind and only wanted to listen those exact lines, he was not ready to accept other ideas.
This was the WORST interview experience of my life(and will be).
If you are a software developer I would suggest you to never waste your time in interview here(joining is beyond thinking), it may impact your mental health.

3. Not asked any basic question, concept from language because they don't know what should be the priority of skills in a candidate.

Entretien
Some consulting agency reached out to me regarding job oppurtunity
I had 4 technical rounds over google meet and 1 coding round
1. First coding round had 2 questions which I solved using c++
2. Second round was Ds/Algo round
3. Third round was with the engineering manager
He asked about what I was currently working on, and some questions regarding my resume
4. Fourth round was with their VP. This was a system design round.
Design a system that stores tweets based on mentions
5. Fifth round was again with the engineering manager with whom I had third round
He asked how many rounds did I already had taken, I replied with 4. He said he would not be taking technical round for me then. We had general discussion about what I am working with at my current company and how am I implementing that.
He said the round was very good and he would inform HR regarding the same
Five days later the agency called and told me that I was rejected
They gave no further explanations
