Relatively quick response after applying to a few different positions. The recruiter reached out to screen and set up three interviews with current employees. The recruiter changed the position I originally applied to because they "saw a better fit" and did not allow me to explore all the available opportunities. However, I decided to continue with the process regardless. All the interviews with the current employees were relatively simple, which was nice. After all the interviews, I met with the recruiter again to discuss compensation. I asked the recruiter for this position's pay/salary range, and they would not provide it. Keep in mind that they will only give you a project assignment with a location once you accept an offer. So, providing a pay/salary expectation without considering the cost of living in the area was tough for me. Ultimately, the recruiter told me that it sounded like I was unwilling to relocate because I did not give them a pay expectation. That was a red flag for me and where our meeting ended.

Applied via linked in and had 3 virtual interviews. After that I was extended an offer. Overall very straightforward, wanted me to visit the city location but was unable to.

Overall it was very easy and very quick, I had a call with hiring manager and then the following week had 2 interviews with project members. And received an offer the next week. It
