Many phone calls around the company - I approached informally and was pleasantly surprised with the personalized attention. While initial unclear on what my role might ultimately be, this was ultimately one of the two positions I officially applied for.

Submitted my application through their website, got a call with HR and than project manager. Asked to join the firm right away. They really wanted Expat who holds passport who can travel without getting visas as opposed to Chinese employee who needs to apply visa all the time before traveling. If you are an expat and wants to travel you got the job,

They are more concerned with how long you can work for them because of their past high turn over rate. In terms of expertise, there are barely none. They do require English skills for communications and reporting.
