Met with the owner at Starbucks at Hamilton Place Mall and just talked about the position, responsibilities, expectations, etc. She is very nice, and extremely committed to the success of her business

First round interview was virtual, 2nd round was an in person conversation with a short shadow period. Finished with an invite to their training, job offer is contingent upon completing the training with approval.
