I interviewed for a contact role of senior software engineer. Did 3 rounds of interviews. Everything went splendid. They knew at the beginning of the process I had to give 4 weeks notice to my previous employer, but then said because you can't start immediately we can't go forward. I mean... Come on... I was very clear and forward about my notice period. They said they have other opportunities coming up and they'll get in touch. Never heard back from them again. What a waste of time.

.Technical interviews are one of the joke and feedback is fun. Company is having bad reputation in market already. Consultancy told lot of candidates blocked this company because of their stupidity in interviews process.
