Firstly, have to contact and arrange the interview date and time with person in charge. Due to pandemic and for safety, interview conduct in Zoom video call. It ends up smoothly.

It was unprofessionally handled. My resume and application form was by some disgruntled employee that was fresh out of school and busy with her nails and chatting. She was manning the reception. I was surprised my resume, personal details is so open and do not seem in line with PDPA. Outdated application form that was invasive with unnecessary questions. The interviewer, an owner was polite and professional but it was a one-way interview. About his company, the achievements, and how he studies candidates, more than him looking for a fit for his company. Seems like a session for him to chat rather than about what i can contribute or the candidate as everything is focused on his stories. It was a waste of my time.
