HR ghosted after completion of all steps in the process, including 9 rounds of discussions both virtual and in person . She collected my previous company offer letter, payslips and stopped replying after in person interviews. I followed up multiple times through call and messages but no update. This shows a lack of professionalism about company’s process and policies, especially when CEO and CHRO is also involved in the interview process.
