Phone Screen - Take home Assessment - Final Interview - Offer They moved through the process really quick for me which I greatly appreciated, I had been laid off a few weeks prior and was interviewing with multiple companies. Take home assessment took less than half and hour to complete. Standard process that tests your hard skills first and then your soft skills. Offer was good but I had another offer at the time that was just a little bit better.
