This was a group interview. They call you immediately, and have you come onsite (before covid at least) to meet with a sales manager. They ask questions such as sales process questions, and others to get interviewee out of shell. They are looking for friendly people.

Very smooth process, you get assigned a recruiter that handles the whole process. Interview and offer, no multiple interviews. You don’t get passed on to hiring manager. They do bulk hiring so you might be in a group interview.

One Over the phone interview since it’s work from home, was asked roughly 10 questions then talked about any questions I had, from there I was offered on the spot

It was very simple. Phone interview, in-person interview. Looking for a nice voice to put on their phones to make max amount of sales with upselling capabilities. Pass a swab test.
