Was offered an interview via email and was able to set up an initial phone interview. Once the phone interview was completed set up a meeting time in person. Did a short interview in person then shadowed for about an hour in the department I applied for.

How would you handle a conflict between coworkers?
Interview was simple and ask straightforward questions. The interview only lasted 30 minutes. Also it was virtual. This job requires a lot of patience because the patients can be a little stressful.
