The interview process was extremely well organised albeit a couple of hiccups.
After the initial resume screening, I was invited for the first round of interviews which was booked through their own portal and the process was really straight forward.
The interview itself was competency based and I would highly recommend applicants to have a look at the FAQs on clientearth's career website. They have a lot of resources and they were extremely helpful in preparation. While, I did not make it through to the second round, I appreciated the detailed feedback I was provided in the rejection e-mail.
I was also asked to perform a 1h 15mins test based on the role before the interview.
