Entretien
FaceTime interview, followed by phone interview, then hr interview. The second interviewer was the rudest person and should not be handling interviews. She would ask a question and interrupt me in the middle of my answer every time and start asking something else. Super unprofessional. I had questions at the end and she ignored me and said that she was complete. Wouldn't work here for anything knowing this is how they treat people.

What's one specific time you were having a rough day at work? What did you do about it?
Four step process, group interview, traffic stopping, alone interview and then a store interview. A lot of hoop jumping. Observed by two people. The group interview involved a sort of debate about sales and applying make up to each other. I thought this was intense for a minimum wage job.

There were initial online assesments. They were standard and not too long. I believe I did two before being contacting for a more in depth phone interview. The interviewer was extremely nice and really responsive and positive.
