J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Clio (Vancouver, BC) en févr. 2024
Entretien
I applied and went through 4 rounds of interviews.
The final round was a "case study" which turned out to be a free consultation on their existing business practices which included having to reach out to various members of the team in your investigation, using real information, not a mock assignment. The position seemed interesting so I did complete the assignment but refused to provide solid recommendations for free, keeping my answers high level but still detailed enough to outline how I would go about investigating and implementing changes in various areas. This had to be presented to multiple members of their leadership team.
I was told that I didn't provide solid recommendations in my answers and was turned down. 4 months later and the listing is still regularly reposted and remains vacant.
Don't apply unless you are ok spending hours on a free consultation.
